Robbins Denham passed away February 18. Robbins was an early President of SNUG and helped to set it on a firm foundation. Here is the obituary published in the Tampa Bay Times February 21

DENHAM, Robbins H.

88, died Feb. 18, 2016 following a brief illness. A native of Tampa, he graduated the University of Tampa. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout and later served his country in the US Navy Reserve and was a veteran of WWII. He lived an active life and was involved in many organizations including, Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church, Civitan International, Sons of the American Revolution, University of Tampa Board of Fellows and was Master of Hillsborough Lodge #25 F&AM. Robbins is preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years, Marjorie Abbott Denham; parents, Edwin and Emma Denham; sisters, Dorothy Chafin and Betty Powers; brother, William Denham; grandchildren, Luke and Emma Denham. He is survived by sons, Alan “Tad” Denham (LuLu) and Bob Denham (Dee), several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and his long-time companion, Lori Ledbetter. Family will receive visitors on Monday, Feb. 22 from 5- 7 pm at Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church at 2902 W. Fletcher Av. A celebration of his life will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 2 pm at Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church followed by a reception in Heritage Hall. Committal will be held at Lake Carroll Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Young Life, PO Box 46416, Tampa or Honor Flight of West Central Florida, PO Box 55661, St. Petersburg.
